Our office is located in the central district of Schwabing, just a few minutes' walk from Leopoldstrasse and the Englischer Garten – perfect for breaks or walks. The central location allows us to easily bike to the office. Additionally, we offer:

What does the application process look like?

Our selection process consists of several steps: After reviewing your application, we’ll start with an initial phone or video interview. In the next stage, we’ll invite you for an in-person interview—giving you the opportunity to get to know our team.

What development opportunities do we offer?

With us, you’ll benefit from a steep learning curve through early responsibility and direct involvement in exciting projects. You’ll work closely with our management team and have the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally—shaped by your individual strengths and interests.

What do we work on day to day?

Our day-to-day work is diverse, dynamic, and shaped by an entrepreneurial spirit. It includes identifying and analyzing potential investments, conducting comprehensive due diligence, and actively supporting and developing our portfolio companies. We work closely as a team, take on responsibility early, and engage directly with entrepreneurs, leadership teams, and external partners. Strategic thinking, analytical depth, and a hands-on execution mindset define our work—from the initial investment case to a successful exit strategy.

What Does It Take to Join Our Team?

We’re looking for motivated individuals with an excellent academic background, relevant practical experience (e.g. internships), and strong analytical thinking skills. Team spirit, initiative, and excellent German and English language skills are also important to us.
