Fabian F. Kiechle
Fabian Kiechle is Founding Partner of Waldegg Equity. Previously, he worked for two mid-sized private equity funds in Munich. During his time at Findos Investor and PINOVA Capital, he was responsible for several investments and growth financings in the German-speaking region and managed several portfolio companies, among others as a board observer. Fabian Kiechle studied Business Administration at the Technical University of Munich and the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, majoring in Finance and Computer Science (M.Sc.) and graduated with a Bachelor in Process and Energy Engineering.

Mario Christian Seeger
Mario Seeger is Founding Partner of Waldegg Equity. Previously, he worked 8 years for the family offices Bregal (Brenninkmeijer family) and Rigeto as well as the private equity fund Emeram Capital Partners in Munich and was responsible for a variety of investments in medium-sized companies in German-speaking countries. He began his career advising on mid-market corporate transactions at Leonardo & Co. (now Houlihan Lokey) in Frankfurt. Mario graduated in business administration from the University of Mannheim as well as NTU Singapore.

Moritz Christian Bulitta
Moritz Bulitta joined Waldegg Equity as Founding Associate in 2021. Previously, he spent one year in asset management at a mid-sized real estate investor and also worked in his own family business. Moritz studies Finance at the LSE in London.

Martina Ort-Heuber
Martina Ort-Heuber joined the Waldegg team in Fund Administration in 2024. Previously, Martina held various positions at Commerzbank, Permira and msg AG, among others.
